Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe that finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted as they work toward meaningful change.
I am a Clinical Social Worker who earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, phobias, trauma, and mood disorders.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years tutoring underprivileged adolescents and young adults preparing for their GED. I have also supported students in a local middle school. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping others recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in themselves.
I have a special appreciation for working with neurodivergent individuals and their families and enjoy helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for navigating life's challenges. I believe that every person has value, resilience, and the capacity to grow. Whether you are facing a difficult season, struggling with mental health concerns, or simply looking for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
