I am passionate about supporting and advocating for folks from all backgrounds and identities…
I believe we all have unique personalities and unique environments that make us who we are. I have found that simply listening with a kind ear and an open heart can make a world of difference for many people. I am open to conventional and contemporary modalities for healing and self-discovery. We are all trying to navigate a challenging, confusing world and I’m happy to help anyone who doesn’t want to navigate it alone.
I am a Social Work Intern I am very passionate about contemporary mental health crises and broader systemic issues. My goal is to advocate for marginalized communities, with an emphasis on each person’s unique intersections of identity. I am a strong believer in a multicultural approach to mental health, acknowledging unique cultural factors that contribute to our experiences, as well as advocating for inclusive, multicultural spaces. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ populations, seeking to validate queer identities and experiences. My specialty is navigating existential grief in response to the many new challenges we face in the modern era.
I am a graduate student at the University of Utah, pursuing a Master’s in Social Work (I graduate in May 2027!). I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Westminster University. For the last five years, I have worked as a Ketamine Integration Guide, helping folks navigate their journeys of growth and healing. I have had the privilege of hearing thousands of people’s stories and struggles with physical and mental health while working at Ketamine clinics. These stories and connections have fueled my passion for social work and help me continually refine their empathy and intuition. Last year, I worked as a therapist intern at Unified Family Therapy and I had the opportunity to work with kids and teens, as well. This taught me new ways to communicate and the value of my own inner-child.
I look forward to connecting you and providing a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, histories, and strategies for growth and change.
