My therapeutic approach is client-centered, where I will use different therapeutic modalities to best help my client's unique individual needs. I am trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Focused-CBT. It is my goal to create a safe therapeutic environment that promotes growth and healing.
I have five years of experience working with women who have substance use disorders. I also have experience working with kids, teenagers, adults, and couples who battle anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. I enjoy working with people from all ages and walks of life.
