Every individual’s journey is unique, shaped by their experiences, challenges, and strengths. My clinical work is grounded in this understanding, and I strive to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each client where they are. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma, with a deep commitment to creating a safe and collaborative space for healing and growth.
My background includes clinical experience at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute and work with the Utah Juvenile Defense Attorney’s Office, where I supported youth navigating complex legal and emotional challenges. These experiences have deepened my passion for providing compassionate, individualized care.
I use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is integrative, meaning I adapt each session to align with the unique needs, goals, and values of the person I’m working with. I’m also in the process of earning certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further expand the tools I can offer in trauma-focused work.
Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or working through long-standing patterns, I’m here to support you on your path toward healing and resilience.
