I'm a Master’s-level clinician currently completing my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. I work with children, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns. I collaborate with clients to build emotional safety, self-compassion, and resilience, supporting meaningful and lasting change.
In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening communication, deepening emotional attunement, and helping partners move from reactive cycles toward more secure and connected relationships. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded, and I'm committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
