I am a dedicated and compassionate emerging mental health professional, currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a deep-rooted desire to support individuals through life’s challenges, I am committed to fostering emotional well-being and personal growth in those I serve.
My journey into the field of mental health began at the University of Houston, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My undergraduate education provided me with a strong foundation in psychological theory, research methods, and the many factors that influence mental health. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for applying psychological principles in practical, therapeutic settings to help individuals navigate emotional and psychological difficulties.
Now fully immersed in my graduate studies, I am actively building advanced clinical skills and deepening my understanding of evidence-based counseling approaches. I am especially focused on developing meaningful, empathetic therapeutic relationships and tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can thrive.
As I continue my training, I remain dedicated to becoming a compassionate, skilled, and culturally responsive clinician—someone who empowers others to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
