Life can bring unexpected challenges, and navigating them can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have particular expertise supporting neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD, helping them understand how their brains work, develop practical strategies, and build self-compassion.
I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, panic, grief, relationship challenges, and complex life transitions—including trauma, divorce, role changes, and shifts in belief systems. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring difficult topics and cultivating personal growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Brigham Young University. I bring a down-to-earth, approachable style, believe humor has a place in healing, and enjoy helping clients discover their strengths. I'm passionate about continually learning and staying current in my field and am an active member of the Mormon Mental Health Association, Utah Coalition for Evidence-Based Treatment, Utah Mental Health Counselors Association, and the LGBTQ+-Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah.
