Life throws us curve balls. When one comes your way, I am here to listen to and support you when you need extra help. My goal is to help you make sense of it all and gain skills and insights to emphasize your strengths. You and I will collaborate together to empower you and meet your goals. Let’s get started on your unique healing journey!
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic attacks, betrayal trauma, faith transitions, divorce/separation, parenting/single parenting, relationship/communication issues, religious trauma, reunification, blending families, and grief. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults in various stages of life. I am a member of the Mormon Mental Health Association and LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah.
I graduated in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Psychology and Sociology. I admit I am a nerd and love studying and learning new information to keep up with the latest research in the mental health field. I find humor in every situation and do not take myself too seriously. For fun, I love being with my husband, kids, family, and friends. Together we spend time camping, hiking, traveling, flying (general aviation) and playing golf.
