Hello, I’m Sky. I’m a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) at Meadowbrook Counseling. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University, with a focus on clinical social work and mental health. I care deeply about creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported as you navigate whatever you’re going through. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. I take a holistic approach, supporting emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, often incorporating mindfulness into our work together.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in private practice, residential, and intensive outpatient settings, supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I draw on approaches like motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I have experience in sandtray, training in couples therapy, and I also enjoy using creative tools like art therapy and music. More than anything, I focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship and tailoring therapy to fit you—your needs, your pace, and your goals.

I’ve lived in Eagle Mountain for over a decade and really value connection and community. Outside of work, I love listening to audiobooks, watching movies, trying new foods, and traveling. One of my personal goals is to visit all seven wonders of the world. I’ve made it to two so far! I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
