I understand that life can bring complex challenges and unexpected hardships that may feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Through a collaborative approach, I work alongside you to process emotions and experiences with compassion and care.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, and trauma-informed care.

I’m passionate about walking with clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I believe in the importance of individualized care and strive to help you work through challenges like depression, anxiety, and past trauma so you can build a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and true to who you are.
