Stephanie Christianson

Gilbert, AZ, Telehealth - Arizona
LPC

Hi, I’m Stephanie Christianson, a clinical trainee at Meadowbrook Counseling’s Gilbert, AZ location. I’m excited to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team as I continue my journey toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

I’ve had the privilege of working with both children and adults across various mental health and social service settings. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy as collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in respect for each person’s story and perspective.

I use an integrative therapy modality, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to provide personalized treatment that meets the unique needs, strengths, and goals of every client. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to create a safe, therapeutic, and supportive space where healing and growth can take place.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human and Family Development from Arizona State University. During my studies, I collaborated with peers and instructors on three human development and psychology research projects, deepening my understanding of evidence-based practices. I’m currently finishing up my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at Capella University, further enhancing my skills in therapeutic interventions and client-centered care.

My goal is to walk alongside my clients with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity—empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths. I feel truly honored to be part of each client’s journey towards healing and grateful to support the meaningful work we do together at Meadowbrook Counseling.
