My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel empowered to be your authentic self. I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood, and I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. As a trauma-informed clinician with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I understand the profound impact that past experiences can have on emotional well-being and relationships. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, helping you process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, rebuild trust, or navigate life transitions together. Using the Gottman Method alongside integrative, evidence-based approaches, I help couples better understand one another, strengthen emotional connection, develop healthier communication patterns, and build practical skills for creating a more secure and fulfilling relationship.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, integrating Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and Gottman Method principles. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and tailor treatment to your unique strengths, needs, and goals.
Whether you're seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, healing from past trauma, strengthening your relationships, or gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to provide a warm, empathetic space where growth and healing can flourish. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
