My ideal clients are adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, PTSD, or substance use concerns and are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and their experiences. They may want relief from emotional distress, clarity around patterns that no longer serve them, and practical tools to feel more grounded and in control. Together, we focus on building effective coping strategies, fostering self-compassion, and supporting meaningful, lasting change through a holistic, client-centered approach rooted in empathy and evidence-based care.

I bring six years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and am a dedicated Certified Social Worker. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Utah Valley University and use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and EMDR for trauma healing.

I believe healing happens in a supportive, collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Together, we can explore your emotions at your own pace, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change, helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and supported in your everyday life.
