Hi, I’m Tori. I am a therapist who takes a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to help people navigate grief, depression, self-image, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and have completed certifications in Clinical Trauma Counseling and Grief Counseling. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in crisis intervention, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Those experiences shaped my belief that every person has resilience and inner strength.

In therapy, clients and I will work together to establish goals that feel meaningful and move towards those goals at a pace that feels comfortable. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients gain insight, regulate their emotions, and connect more deeply with themselves. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I am originally from Alaska but have called Washington home for the past decade. Outside of sessions, I love beachcombing along the water, reading a good book, cooking a comforting meal or trying new restaurants with friends and family.
