I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their authentic selves and address the challenges weighing on their hearts. My goal is to foster an environment of trust and understanding, helping clients break down barriers and find pathways to healing and growth.

My own journey of healing through therapy inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, and I am deeply committed to providing the same impactful, meaningful support to others.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Studies and have extensive experience working with individuals and families in my community. I have taught parenting, relationship, and child development courses and served as a mentor for teens transitioning out of residential treatment, including many transgender youth. Additionally, I have experience supporting clients navigating faith transitions and deconstruction.
