Individual Therapy
A one-on-one counseling format where a client meets privately with a licensed therapist to work on personal concerns and goals.
Individual therapy is a private working relationship between one client and a licensed therapist. Sessions focus on the client's own experiences, patterns, and goals, which can include things like managing anxiety, working through grief, building healthier coping skills, or making sense of difficult life transitions. The pace, structure, and approach are tailored to the person, and conversations are confidential within the limits required by law and professional ethics.
