Couples Counseling

Therapy for two partners, focused on communication, connection, and shared challenges in a relationship.

Couples counseling is a structured space for two partners to talk through what is working in their relationship and what is not. A therapist helps both people slow down, listen more carefully, and explore patterns that may be getting in the way of closeness, trust, or teamwork. Common topics include communication, conflict, intimacy, parenting decisions, life transitions, and rebuilding after a hard chapter. Couples work does not assume any particular outcome; it supports the partners in deciding what kind of relationship they want to build together.
